“We often forget about the soft skills that can help make us into better Salesforce Admins. It makes such a difference when we can influence change within our org and for management and end users alike to accept and promote the meaningful improvements we often provide.”
-Leslie Roberts, Consultant
Welcome to Salesforce Admin Career, an unofficial Salesforce blog. I’ve taken my years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and poured them into blog posts with the goal to make us all (myself included) better Salesforce Administrators.
While there are many sites touting technical solutions, certification prep, and the latest and greatest that Salesforce has to offer (which are all fantastic), there is little in the way of ensuring your org is on a steady foundation of proper maintenance and best practices. I aim to ensure your company gets a great ROI — mainly by using Salesforce correctly to begin with, and that you can push your career as an Admin upwards and onwards by doing so.
Thank you for joining me on this ride - I hope you find it insightful and can use this advice to propel your org, and your career as a Salesforce Admin, to the next level!
